Claire Lebamoff, RN

How did you get your start in Aesthetics?

I've always had a passion for beauty and wellness. My mom was a beautician in the 80s, and growing up with three sisters meant there was always hair, makeup, or skincare happening in our house. In high school, I was the go-to for everyone's winged eyeliner before cheer competitions, but my deeper interest came when I started struggling with acne. I dove into skincare to understand it all. At the same time, I've always loved science, which led me to nursing. Aesthetics is the perfect blend of my creative and clinical sides. Working the concierge desk at The Confidence Bar on my days off from the Pediatric ICU confirmed that this industry is where I am meant to be.

What keeps you motivated and passionate about aesthetics?

The constant learning, the transformative results we create for our patients, and the fact that the industry is always evolving. I'm inspired daily by my teammates. From the moment I walked in, I was surrounded by the most talented, ethical, and passionate providers. I'm so grateful to be here and take a lot of pride in being part of The Confidence Bar Team.

What drew you to The Confidence Bar?

When I began researching the aesthetics industry, one name kept coming up as the gold standard: The Confidence Bar. Everyone I spoke to said it would be a dream to end up working there, and they were right. This team is relentlessly committed to their craft, patient safety, and ethical care. I still have pinch-me moments when I'm learning from everyone here, and yes, I'm a little starstruck every time I see Rana.

Share a patient story that had an impact on how you approach patient care.

My philosophy involves three pillars: ethics, empowerment, and excellence. I will always have a patient's best interest at heart and my prescribed treatment plans are genuinely what I believe is best for them. I also believe that knowledge is power. I want my patients to understand what we are doing and why. Whoever is in my chair will leave empowered with understanding more about their skin and the treatment they've received. Lastly, I hold myself to a high standard. I want your results as much as you want them.

What treatment is your favorite to see the before-and-after?

Regenerative microneedling is my favorite! It's a powerhouse treatment, is safe year-round, clinically proven to boost collagen, and is safe for almost everyone. The results are truly transformative, especially when paired with PRP and exosomes.
