When you arrive, look for the black building entrance marked "1142" on Madison Street.
Once you reach the entrance:
Use the ButterflyMX call box located just inside the entryway.
Search for "Confidence Bar" and we'll buzz you into the building.
Take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor.
Follow the signs to Suite 306.
We recommend allowing a few extra minutes for parking and building access on your first visit.

Yes. We offer complimentary virtual consultations for patients who would like to discuss their concerns, learn about treatment options, and receive personalized recommendations from one of our experienced practitioners before visiting the clinic.

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
When booking an appointment (excluding consultations), a minimum $75 deposit is required to reserve your appointment time. This deposit is applied toward your treatment on the day of your visit.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and retained as a cancellation fee.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact our team as soon as possible at 312-624-9971 so we can assist with rescheduling.

Yes. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact our team as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help find a new time that works for you. You can also manage many appointments through our online booking system.
