Claire Lebamoff, RN, is an aesthetic practitioner at The Confidence Bar. Get to know her more on @ConfidencebyClaireRN

I have never been someone to do something halfway. When I commit to something, I bring my all to it. 100% effort and the intention to match. For me, this often looks like juggling a lot. Right now it certainly does.
I've been a bedside RN in the PICU for the past 5 years, I'm approaching the last year of Family Nurse Practitioner school, and I'm an injector at The Confidence Bar. And in the midst of all that I also participated in the inaugural Preceptorship cohort at The Confidence Lab last fall.
I'm in awe
Which is wild to say, but it's true! Looking back over the past couple years, I'm in awe at how I've gotten through it all. The schedule is a lot - I can't live without my calendar. There is always something new to learn and pack into my brain. Being so immersed in the field means that every new pearl fits together like a puzzle. On a rare day off, I'm usually still watching an injectable technique video with my morning coffee and reviewing lecture notes with my afternoon snack.
How do I keep showing up?
Because I genuinely want to fully inhabit each of these roles. I love being an RN and love continuing my learning toward becoming an FNP. But I especially love this role at The Confidence Bar. Advancing my education helps me appreciate injectables on a deeper level and enhances my skills as your provider. And continuing that learning through conferences and trainings beyond my degree is one of my favorite things here at The Confidence Bar. Rana encourages and supports us to continually improve our skills and level up our talents.
But why am I telling you all this?
I'm not trying to complain or brag about everything on my plate. I'm telling you: I get it. I understand the overly packed calendars, the exhaustion that seems to reach new depths, the feeling of constantly running from one thing to the next with barely a moment to breathe. So when you need to reschedule, I understand. When you need flexibility, I understand. When you need compassion, empathy, and genuine care, I'm here for you. And when you finally sit down in my chair and take that first breath without external demands, I understand.
Your treatments should work around your life.
Whether you're preparing for a wedding, have an important presentation, or are counting down to your European summer, I want to plan ahead with you. In the treatment room, I'll ask you detailed questions. Not just about your skin, not just about your aesthetic goals, but about you as a person. What your schedule includes, what events you have coming up, what your goals are.
Together we'll craft a plan that actually fits your life that you can commit to. No unrealistic goals here. Maybe that means spacing things out over a few months, or finding a quick turnaround when life throws a curveball. Either way, we'll make it work together. Your time in my chair is all about you. Your comfort, your goals, and feeling the most like you.
If you've been putting off your treatment because life feels too full right now, come talk to me. It's quite literally my specialty!
