Recognized for her exceptional skill and compassionate approach, Lisa is dedicated to providing advanced, personalized treatments that prioritize safety and deliver natural, youthful results.
Lisa’s expertise spans all FDA-approved neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and a wide range of skincare modalities. She has trained with leading experts worldwide, constantly refining her techniques to remain at the forefront of the aesthetic field. In 2023, she earned the prestigious honor of becoming a national trainer for Revance Aesthetics, sharing her knowledge with fellow providers and shaping the future of the industry.
Lisa’s passion extends beyond procedures—she takes pride in educating both providers aa well as patients. “I love getting to know my patients and understanding their goals. Everyone has a unique aesthetic journey, and I am excited to guide them through it. I aim to empower and educate my patients so they feel confident, excited, and well-informed every step of the way.”
While Lisa is deeply passionate about her career, her heart belongs to her family. She and her husband live in Chicago, where they are raising three wonderful children.

I have gone to Lisa Rivero for many years to get Botox and lip filler. I followed Lisa to the Confidence Bar and absolutely love the customer service, aesthetic, and atmosphere of the space! The check in staff are so welcoming and always make me feel comfortable.
Lisa is absolutely amazing and the best injector! I can always trust her when it comes to doing my lip filler and Botox. I never have to worry that I am gonna get something different than what I want when Lisa is doing my injections. She carefully listens and considers what you want and provides her input. She is very experienced and knows what she is doing! Cannot recommend Lisa Rivero & the Confidence Bar enough!

I love this place! Having tried different medical spas from San Francisco to Washington DC, Confidence Bar is in a different category. Lisa Rivero, Rana and the expert team at Confidence Bar carefully listen to their client’s concerns, assess and then carefully make small adjustments. The results don’t look like anything has been done, just very natural but improved. They do trainings
to teach other providers how to master their technique. Clients feel like they are with good friends- and without the attitude! .
